Gluten Free Shrimp and Soba Noodles

  • ¼ cup tamari or liquid aminos
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chile oil*
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chopped green onions (4)
  • ⅓ cup chopped cashews or almonds
