  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
