Danish Meatballs in Curry Sauce (Boller I Karry)

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ⁄4 cup shallot , finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 small apple , peeled and shredded
  • 2 1⁄2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 1⁄2 cups of water from the meatballs
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon tarragon
