Brown butter and balsamic gnocchi

Ingredients
  • 1 package gnocchi
  • ½ cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • Optional
  • Broccoli
  • Steak
  • Cheese for topping
Steps
  1. Cook gnocchi according to package, I added broccoli to cook here as well
  2. Melt butter, cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and sautéed 2 to 3 min.
  4. Add balsamic and cook 2 to 3 mins
  5. Add gnocchi, meat and veg, cook until all warmed through and coated in sauce
  6. Serve and top with grated cheese
