Ingredients
  • 1 Lbs DeLallo Tortiglioni pasta (or rigatoni)
  • 1 ½ pound chicken breast, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 2 medium bell peppers, thinly sliced (red, yellow, or orange)
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • ¾ cup Pesto
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tbs oil
