Apple Cake (Mary Kay Marine's Recipe)

3 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 cup Crisco oil

4 eggs

½ cup orange juice

2½ teaspoons vanilla extract

¾ teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons baking powder

4 large apples sliced (cored and peeled), marinate in cinnamon sugar

cinnamon sugar

Preheat oven to 350°

Grease and flour bundt cake pan.

Pour half of batter in pan, then lay apples over batter. Then

pour rest of batter over apples. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon over cake.

Bake for 45 mins up to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick is clean.
