High Protein Crepes Without Protein Powder
Ingredients

  • ¾ cup quick cook old fashioned rolled oats (standard rolled oats work too)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (omit for savory)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (omit for savory)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (as needed to grease the pan)

  • ½ c nutella (can reduce to ⅓ cup for a bit less sweet)
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  •  
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 strawberries (diced)

  • 8 slices ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices white cheddar
