  • 4 Dried Shitake Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Beet Juice
  • 2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Seaweed Flakes
