Weight Watchers One Point Sheet Pan Brownies
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups white granulated sugar substitute-I use Lakanto Monkfruit Baking Sweetener
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 Tbsp light butter made with canola oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
