Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
