  • 1 large egg

  • ¾ cup (204g) peanut butter, crunchy or smooth, your choice
  • ¾ cup (85g) confectioners' sugar
  • subheading: Oreo Creme Filling (from Robin Gail Wooten):
  • 2 ½ cups (283 g) confectioners sugar
  • ½ cup (92 g) vegetable shortening
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and ½ teaspoon marshmallow flavoring or (my addition) ½ teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 teaspoons cold water
