  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 250 g Plain flour (2 cups)
  • 2 ½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda/baking soda

  • 500 to 600 g Sifted icing sugar/powdered sugar (4 to 5 cups)
  • 100 g Butter at room temp (½ cup)
  • 250 g Cream Cheese at room temp (8oz)
  • 4 to 6 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream To taste
