  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 and ½ cups chopped Oreo pieces (about 14 to 15 Oreos)

  • 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 3 and ½ cups (420g) confections' sugar
  • ½ cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons (45ml) heavy cream*
  • 4 to 5 crumbled Oreos, optional
