Put water and meat in IP on HP for 90 minutes
Steam the veggies for 4 min in IP.
Blend beans in little water
Add carrots to the blender and mix for just a second
Mix water with veggies
Add 10 gr of meat and 40 gr of broth to each compartment of ice cube mold.
Freeze and move to a zip lock to store.
