- Country Ribs & Sauerkraut in the Pressure Cooker tonight!!!
- Browned the ribs in the bottom of the cooker with a ruff cut onion ... then added the sauerkraut. .. a little brown sugar ... and a cup of apple juice. .... put my tray on top the added my quartered potatoes. .. (I'm gping to make mashed potatoes with them) ... cooked on high for 15 mins.
