Not Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  • One whole separated chicken or the equivalent parts
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1½ teaspoon salt
  • 2¾ tablespoon olive oil
  • For the sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3.5 oz water
  • 4 cloves garlic
Steps
  1. Add chicken and first 4 ingredients to bowl. Mix well and coat chicken parts.
  2. Pan fry for 2 minutes per side, pressing down on the chicken parts.
  3. Combine the sauce ingredients and mix.
  4. Pour over chicken in an oven-safe bowl and cook at 350° for 35 minutes.
