  • 1   zucchini
  • 1  yellow squash
  • 1   tomatoes
  • 1   yellow onion
  • 2  tablespoons  cooking oil
  • 1  tablespoon  salt
  • 2  teaspoons  black pepper
  • 3  teaspoons  garlic powder
  • 3  teaspoons  cumin
  • 1 (15 ounce) can  whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can  tomato sauce
