Air Fry Whole Chicken*
Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 lb chicken
  • subheading: Seasoning:
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbs oil...I used avacado
  • Make a paste and smear all over chicken...all sides
Steps
  1. Air fry at 375° for 35 min breast side down
  2. Flip and air fry for another 35 min or until temp reaches 165°
  3. Let set for 10 min before cutting
Notes
  • *Gravy
  • Use drippings from chicken
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. chicken Better Than Boullion
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (yes, soy sauce)
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • Heat to slow boil
  • Make a slurry with ¼ cup water and 3 tbs. corn starch
  • Add to hot liquid and simmer until thickened
