Stove Top Sirloin Steak Marsala
Ingredients
  • Boneless Sirloin Steak around 1 ½ pounds ( or use chicken, pork, lamb, ground beef, or venison)
  • 1 can beef broth around 2 cups
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon each salt, pepper, or more to taste
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or use Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 lb mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ cup dry marsala wine
  • optional: 1 cup of carrots, 1 bell pepper sliced thin or onions
