  • 2½ cups heavy cream, divided
  • 1 tsp. Diamond Crystal or ½ tsp. Morton kosher salt, plus more
  • ⅓ cup (42 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. amaro (such as Averna or Montenegro; optional)
