FULL THANKSGIVING DINNER STUFFING
Ingredients
  • 100ml of boiling water plus ½ chicken stock cube/pot
  • 25g butter
  • drizzle of vegetable oil
  • 100g sweet potato, in 1cm cubes
  • 75g sprouts, finely sliced
  • 1 celery stalk (40 to 50g), finely diced
  • ½ white onion, finely diced
  • 100g stale bread (preferably sourdough)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 10g fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • ¾ tsp dried sage (or 2 to 3 sprigs of fresh sage, finely chopped)
  • 2 turkey sausages
  • 20g pecans, chopeed
  • as much brie as you fancy, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • subheading: To serve:
  • cranberry sauce
  • gravy
