Ingredients

  • For the salad: 1 little gem lettuce, 1 bunch radishes, 2 punnets cress, 40 grams feta, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 8 pickled green chillies.
  • For the guacamole: 0.5 bunch fresh coriander, 1 fresh red chilli, 4 spring onions, 2 ripe avocados, 5 cherry tomatoes and 2 limes.
