- 1 pound smoked sausage sliced (I used a tasty smoked chicken sausage from Costco)
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cup broccoli florets frozen broccoli works great
- ½ bag frozen tortellini appx 10 ounces
- 1 petite diced tomatoes 14-15oz can (do not drain)
- 1 can tomato sauce 8 ounces
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ Tablespoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
