Garlic Parmesan cauliflower
Ingredients
  • 8oz bag frozen cauliflower
  • ¼c olive oil
  • ¼c melted butter
  • ½c shredded Parmesan
  • 1tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1tsp basil
  • 1tsp parsley
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
Steps
  1. In a microwaveable bowl, mix olive oil, butter, red wine vinegar, basil, parsley and garlic.
  2. Add cauliflower, cover tightly and toss to coat
  3. Drain excess mixture
  4. Add cheese, cover once again and toss to coat
  5. Microwave for 4 minutes & enjoy!
