  • 3 to 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup (adjust for desired sweetness)
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • pinch of sea salt
