Becky Excell Gluten Free Air Fryer Tomato, Pepper and Feta Pasta
Ingredients
  • 1 yellow (bell) pepper, deseeded and cut into 1cm (½ inch) chunks
  • 5 tbsp garlic-infused oil or olive oil
  • 200g (7oz) dried gluten-free pasta
  • 450g (1lb) cherry tomatoes
  • 150g (5½oz) feta
  • ½ tsp each of salt and ground black pepper
  • Handful of basil leaves, roughly chopped, plus extra to serve
