Caramel Pecan Cinnamon Rolls (Easy Sticky Buns)
Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 220 g brown sugar
  • 80 g chopped pecans
  • subheading: For the salted caramel sauce:
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 110 g heavy cream/whipping cream hot, you can heat it up in the microwave
  • 50 g unsalted butter cold and cut into cubes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 80 g whole pecans
