BEEF BRISKET
Ingredients
  • I have been avoiding making my Beef Brisket in the IP, scared I would ruin it.. today I went for it and can't believe how fab it turned out. I browned all sides first then deglazed with red wine, added Worcestershire sauce and beef oxo stock. 40 minutes manual - 30 min natural release. Made an amazingly rich gravy with the juices. Cooked the potatoes & veg in IP while the beef rested
