3 cups shredded chicken

15.5 ounces canned pinto beans rinsed and drained

1 cup frozen corn

½ cup sour cream

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

14 yellow corn tortillas cut in half

3 cups shredded Mexican cheese

subheading: FOR SERVING:

2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

2 Roma tomatoes chopped

Crushed tortilla chips or tortilla strips
