Originally a recipe from Allrecipes modified.  Couldn't find a recipe that actually had all the different flavors that I've read go into various authentic jerk recipes.  This one is the best.  If you want authentic, use the hotter peppers.  If you want the American tamed down version, use the jalapenos.  
Ingredients
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (or hotter peppers, depending on heat level desired)
  • ¾ cup Tamari (Gluten Free Soy)
  • 3 Tablespoons Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • ¼ cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice of 1 fresh Lime
  • ⅓ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (up to 4 depending on level of sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
