Arroz Con Leche (Mexican Rice Pudding)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 4 cups milk (I used 2% milk, but you can also use whole milk for an even thicker consistency.)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • optional toppings: ground cinnamon, chopped nuts, a spoonful of cajeta
