  • ¼ cup finely chopped mushroom (from the 1 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp ghee (or compliant cooking fat)
  • Parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • 12 oz homemade bone broth (or purchased compliant broth) divided (1 cup ½ cup)
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder (or tapioca)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos
