½ cup butter

1 cup warm mashed potatoes

¼ cup honey

½ cup warm water

2 packages Red Star Platinum Yeast

5 to 6 cups all purpose flour

2 eggs

2 teaspoons kosher salt

2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
