Syrupy Cinnamon Buddha Bowl
Ingredients
  • chickpeas
  • butternut squash
  • chopped apples
  • rice medley
  • spinach
  • pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Steps
  1. Mix syrup and cinnamon, then pour over chickpeas, apple, and squash, mixing to coat....then roast.
  2. Add these roasted ingredients over rice and chopped spinach.
  3. Top w/tahini dressing.
