Ingredients
  • 6oz bittersweet chocolate
  • Stick of butter
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup and 2 tablespoons of flour
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°, line a square baking tray with parchment paper (use butter where the parchment touches the other parchment)
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl on top of a pot of water. Remove from heat, wipe off bottom to avoid getting any water in the mixture.
  3. Whisk in sugar. Add in one egg at a time, whisking. The more you beat the eggs, the fluffier the brownies will be. Add in cocoa powder.
  4. Switch to a rubber spatula and fold in the flour.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, done when toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Wipe off the knife after each cut.
Notes
  • Next time, try lowering the oven temperature or try using a rectangular dish
