Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raw sesame seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried fruit of choice, chopped if large
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup cocoa nibs
  • 2 cups raw almond butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • Extra coconut for rolling, optional
Steps
  1. Mix together dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls - then combine in one big bowl (takes quite a bit of stirring to combine well). Form into balls and roll in coconut, if desired
Notes
  • I like to use dried cranberries in addition to the raisins. Keeps well in fridge for a week to 10 days. Also freezes well.
