Ingredients
  • 1# blanched veggies (beans, broccoli, broccolini, asparagus…)
  •  
  • 4 T Gochujang
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • ½ lemon (or lime) ~ 2 T
  • 2 T agave nectar
  • 1 T rice wine vinegar
  • 1 T gochugaru, dried bound red pepper
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • 4 T sesame oil
  • 2 T crushed white sesame seeds
Steps
  1. Mix ingredients well
  2. Toss with vegges
