  • 1 stick unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup + 2 TBS Swerve Confectioners
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (About 4 lemons)
  • 1 TBS freshly grated lemon zest (refrigerate lemon first, and it helps grating)
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum

  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup Swerve Confectioners
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
