Chicken Philly Cheesesteak Meal Prep Bowls

  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 2 tsp onion powder, divided
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 cloves minced garlic, divided
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 cups uncooked rice, (about 4 cups cooked total)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice, I like a provolone/mozzarella combo! Sargento makes this.
