Ingredients
  • 2½ cup onions sliced

  • 1 tablespoon sooji / semolina or use rice flour.
  • 1 to 2 green chillies as per taste
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric optional
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp. coriander leaves or mint leaves
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ to ½ cup water Water If you leave onions aside for long time with salt, then you need less water.
  • 2 tbsp. Oil for oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
