  • 2 large or 4 small tilapia filets
  • 1 cup milk, or unsweetened almond milk
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • ⅔ cup Glutino Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Glutino Bread Crumbs, or cornmeal
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • avocado oil or cooking oil of choice
  • subheading: FOR SERVING:
  • Corn tortillas, preferably lightly cooked in a little oil
  • 1 recipe Favorite Classic Coleslaw, I like to omit the carrot and reduce the sugar in the dressing to 1 ½ teaspoons for this recipe
  • chopped cilantro
  • fresh limes for squeezing
