Ingredients
  • 200g or 2 servings Pasta of choice, cooked to al dente
  • 3 to 4 tbsps pasta water
  • subheading: Seasoned Shrimps:
  • 6 to 8 shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • subheading: Rose Sauce:
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
  • 400g (or 1 can) chopped tomatoes or tomato passata*
  • 1 cup water, with additional on the side*
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese, with more to serve
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • A handful of chopped parsley, for garnish
