Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (I use 96% fat free)
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 ¼ ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 14 1⁄2 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (or use a blend of cheeses)
