PEARL BARLEY & HERBY CHICKEN MEATBALL BROTH
Ingredients

  • 55g pearly barley
  • handful of chopped greens (cavolo nero, spinach, kale etc.)
  • subheading: For the meatballs:
  • 150g chicken mince
  • ¾ tsp dried sage
  • 1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • subheading: To serve:
  • spoonful of ricotta
  • drizzle of olive oil
