  • 1 15- to 16-ounce can of great Northern beans, navy beans or cannellini beans (white kidney beans), rinsed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • ½ cup of soft whole-wheat breadcrumbs
