Oatbran 12 SPs Cacao Powder 2 SP

Ingredients
  • 3 over ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 120gs Oatbran
  • 20 gms Cacao Powder
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp bicarb
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
Steps
  1. Put banana in processor, blitz, then add eggs, blitz. Then add the rest of the ingredients,  Mix for a couple of mins.
  2. Lightly grease 12 to 16 cupcake molds, share the mixture between the cupcakes ,
  3. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes  at 180 degrees Turn out on cooling rack .
