- 225g unsalted butter, softened
- 185g caster sugar
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 4 eggs
- 100g almond meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup (50g) unsalted pistachio kernels, lightly toasted, chopped
- Icing sugar, to dust

- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 1 tbs caster sugar
