Cornbread - Cheese Whiz Cornbread
“ I found this gem of a recipe on the B. Dylan Hollis YouTube web site. He prepares odd, strange, hilariously funny recipes from old cookbooks. Some are awful, but to see him cook then taste them is so entertaining. I do recommend his channel. It’s just plain fun!

Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix, unsweet
  • 1 (15 oz) jar Cheez Whiz heated in microwave to pourable stage
Steps
  1. Liberally spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  3. Break the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until just combined. Uncap and place Cheez Whiz into microwave and heat until just soft and pourable.
  4. Add the softened Cheez Whiz and the two boxes of cornbread mix to the bowl and stir until combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and even out. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Using a toothpick, test for doneness. Cook another 5 minutes if need be.
  6. Best served hot with butter.
