Ingredients

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs I like to use a pound of each
  • 2 quarts chicken broth or water
  • Salt
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
