Crossover Granola

Ingredients
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 2 to 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp super sweet (or 2 tbsp and 2 tsp gentle sweet)
Steps
  1. Melt coconut oil in large skillet over medium high.
  2. Mix all ingredients in skillet and cook until slightly browned, but not burnt stirring occanionally (about 10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
Notes
  • Serve with whole milk, raisins and honey for a big crossover! Great for kids or pregnant moms!
  • Serve with almond milk and a few raisins for a slight crossover.
